This was inspired by the work of ZOMB, even used his fence knobs, Thanks ZOMB. DescriptionThis is custom 3D-printed router insert plate and adjustable fence with elevator, i designed it for my Makita router but i believe it will work with any Ø65mm router. The set provides secure mounting, adjustable edge guidance, integrated dust extraction, Linear Guide Rail for smooth operation and an M5 rod to move the router up or down.Key Features:✔ Secure Mounting Options – Can be flush-mounted into a workbench, There are also templates for the installation cutouts.✔ Adjustable Fence with Dust Port.✔ Linear guide rail for smooth operation.✔ M5 rod locked with ball bearings to adjust the router height.✔ Sturdy & Secure – Added cutouts to install two ejector pins that will act has reinforcements in the insert plate, one vertical and another on the horizontal position.✔ Optimized for 3D Printing – minimal supports needed only in critical areas - only in the knobs i borrowed from zomb.
