DeWalt DW6184 Circle Router Jig
This printable circle router jig replaces the stock base-plate for this model router (and possibly others).
The cradle or pivot plate swivels on a bushing which allows for a bolt assembly through the cradle and wood part. The jig plate is of two parts to allow for printing without supports, etc. the two parts being bolted together at the end of a dimensional plank, as illustrated in the photos, and attached to the router after removing its stock plate.
This jig allows for the "cradle" component to be mounted on a woodwork part and the jig "plate" to be mounted to the router. A standard dimensional 1x3 plank can then be used to attach the two components, drilling a setting hole along the plank at whatever distance that is required for your circle radius. Together, as depicted in the photos here provided, an accurate and clean circle can be routed into the wood part for making tables, windows, etc.
