I built this router stock guide for a cool dude, so I'm uploading the files here.
I would print this with a 5x walls, 50% infill, in either PETG or ABS. The inserts should press in once heated with a soldering iron, and each of the insert holes is chamfered in the STL file to ease assembly.
This was built to fit onto a Ryobi a25rt03 routing table, but essentially all you need is the T-slot on your split rail guide. The Wheels are designed to slightly push the workpiece against the guide, at a 5 degree angle. They are directional, so install them so the angle is towards the guide.
Additional Hardware Needed:
Steel Square-Neck Carriage Bolts: pack of 25 (9$)
M8 Insert : pack of 10 (6$)
M6 Insert : pack of 25 (9$)
M8x1.25 22mm Screw : pack of 10 (6$)
(Optional Spacer) M8 washer : pack of 25 (7$)
And, as always, source some 608 bearings. example
