router template

the last pic shows the model I worked from. I do woodworking and I saw a youtube video of a guy making this template. It was too large for my printer si I cut it in half and glued it, but it wasn't strong enough. So I thought of the screw apparatus that they use to hold countertops together and I decided to try that. Th 8mm uses a 16mm by 2mm screw and nut, and the 10mm uses a 16mm by 3mm bolt and nut along with super glue on the edge .
