i modified this great design to suit my needs, installing on the bottom of my kayak.
the original can be found here.
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:728893
i merged the prop to suit my needs with a 3mm center hole, and ill include files for the original prop.i found the original was very tight, after lots of sanding on blade joints i wound up cracking 3 top caps before i remixed the single piece prop.
i tested prop with a 850kv 40mm motor on 3s lipo,in the pool test this prop at around 6k rpm (2/3 throttle) out performed my 18lb thrust trolling motor.
im waithing on the recomended 2836 750kv brushless motor to come in.it was designed to suit the following motor and prop adapter "NTM Prop Drive Series 28-30A 750kv / 140w from Hobby King. We also purchase the NTM Prop Drive 28 Series Accessory Pack to mount the motor."
ill edit if i need to tweak for the 2836.
i printed in petg 20% infill with support,3 wall lines, its plenty strong.once i get it tweaked n tested ill design my own a
