Royal De Luxe Stabilizer Fix

There is a common thing called shake on the Royal De Luxe Reel to Reel Tape deck, this design has been carefully thought over and measured with a set of calipers, at least for the inside diameter. I am giving this design away for free.

This design should eliminate shake and make the rewind and fast forward work better on your Royal De Luxe Tape Deck.
It has not yet been tested so if some kind soul would print it for me and test it that would be great.
