Royals Box

This is simply a personalized remix of the Small Parts Storage Box (increased to 130% the original size).

How I do it: Print the hinges/latch file @ 75% infill, then print the top and bottom @ 15% infill with a high amount of walls (to ensure where the latch/hinges attach is sturdy enough)

REQUIRED to Complete Assembly = M4 x 30mm bolts, M4 lock nuts
Quantity = 6 bolts, 6 nuts

(M4 x 35mm bolts would probably work better, but I haven't tried to find them yet because the 30mm are working fine)

I've had issues with where the hinges/latch attach, so I print with a high number of walls (5 using profile:magic.28) and 15% infill.

NOTES: The imprinted design on the Box TOP requires supports when printing, but everything else can be printed without supports.

After printing, I always clean up the holes with a 4mm drill bit so the bolts fit in easily.
