I had made a version of this hp tracker in wood, which was difficult to do by hand, getting all the holes to line up and writing all the numbers by hand. Getting a 3d printer let me experiment with Onshape to create a simple tool for keeping track of hp while playing RPGs with space for the pegs and a cribbage board style slide cover. The supports in the peg space groove may take some experimentation to get right for your printer. They can be a bit tough to get out depending on settings. If you want the top of the letters to print in a different colour to stand out and you don't have an AMS (like me), insert a pause at layer 101 and change the filament, then keep printing. Any material should work. The pegs can be a bit fragile in silk+.
