Wall mount case for Belkin / Linksys RT3200/E8450
Print with a brim to avoid warping, and support on the panel for the USB pocket.
The top case has 3mm holes for inserting transparent rods to run down to LEDs on the main board.
You will need to print the main housing (belkin-rt3200-closed-back or belkin-rt3200-honey-back), plus the panel (belkin-rt3200-panel) and the cover (belkin-rt3200-top-cover). The cover has the OpenWRT logo on the front.
I've modified the top cover since I printed it to increase the size of the lugs and diameter of the holes used for the nuts. As you can see in the photos, I snapped one of mine screwing it together :-(
To remove the board from the original case:
1. Remove the stickers on the bottom of the stand to reveal 4 screws.
2. Remove the 4 screws
3. Pop off the bottom cover to reveal 2 more screws which lock an internal caddy in place
4. Remove the screws and then slide out the caddy
5. Remove the three screws holding the board i
