RTV smoke update

I wanted an easier way to take the e-cig out of the RTV, so mow it's attached to the screen, that is easily removed. 2 parts need to change, the smoke holder and the top hole screen insert. This insert works with the original screen holder, MCP41 and MCP42. I print the file standing up with tree supports, keep in mind that this is glued to the Top hole insert, so gets a lot more strength there. (It is easy to break.)

The fan goes in with the label up, that way you are blowing the smoke up, not sucking it back into the RTV. The e-cig needs a bit of rubber on the tip to ,more or less, seal the hole. Don't make the rubber longer than the black e-cig tip, or you will seal the hole where the smoke
