A stand for a standard rugby ball (adult size)
If you need it for a child ball, you can rework by yourself the CAD file (made with Freecad). The stand is standard, I have also designed the ball using adult dimensions. You can redesign a ball with child dimensions and make the substraction again.
Or simply use the STL file and print it !
