Ruler Holder

I wanted a systematic way to assign rulers to each of my students and this is the result of that desire.

I made a mistake when I first printed this out because I measured the thickness and width of one ruler and it turns out that not all of my rulers have the exact dimensions. So I advise you to set the HOLES dimensions to something slightly larger (by maybe 2mm) for both the height and width in case you have the variance that I encountered.
