Russian tip (frosting tip)

this is a russian tip it is used to decorate cupcakes and other pastries. you use it by placing it in a piping bag and filling the piping bag with frosting then gently squeeze the bag while slowly lifting up and if done correctly should create a beautiful frosting flower. Warning: this might take a bit of practice to get right so don't give up if your first flower doesn't look good.
