RV Cabinet Latch Hook

My mother has an older Sprinter van RV with locking latches on her cabinets. The size of her latches are smaller than what is sold today. The new hooks have a much bigger footprint on the door than the old ones did, which interferes with the functioning of the lock mechanism. This is an alternative latch hook I made for her. The hook is the same size as the new hooks, but the base fits the screw holes and overall footprint of the old hooks. This is only half of the solution intended for those that bought the latch hook sets and have run across the same issue. I printed this in PETG-CF, on its side, so that it handles the warmer temperatures when the RV is in storage, and so it can hold up to daily use. I do not recommend printing in a vertical orientation – it will look nicer, but it can easily break during use. When mounting the hook, I recommend using a small washer to distribute the forces across a larger area of the base, or printing in a stronger material like nylon – perhaps ABS-
