Simple version of Ryobi's Area Light. Requires 2 keystone 209 battery contacts, small buck converter (MP1584), 3x1W LED chips on 20mm heatsink board, 1x 12mm push button switch, I used an illuminating ne but that's unnecessary. the Leds are wired in series, and the buck converter is set to output approximately 10v. Use heat resistant adhesive (E6000) to adhere the Led heatsink plates to the base. need 3 m3 screws to secure the shade to the base and 2 pieces of 3mm rod to hold the handle onto the shade.
