Ryobi RM 1232 Starter handle

Starter Handle Broke, so I modeled it and printed, at the moment in PLA, I used low-res print and random z seam, the rough texture and random z-seam gave a nice grippy stippling effect, will print in better plastic soon, PLA at the moment for testing. Made V2 as the first version collided with the mower handle, so added a clearance gap.
