S10 steering column mount adapter

Like most 2nd gen S10 pickups and blazers, the plastic dash parts have broken into pieces. The recessed mounting holes on the underside of the steering column panel are a common break point. Rather than buy a whole new panel, I made these simple adapter/grommets to hold the washer and screw.
This works for sure on the top two, haven't broken the bottom two yet. It may or may not sit totally flush depending on which hole it is. Someone else can remix it to be flush specific to each of the four mounts.
