S7 Case - Two part

Two part phone case for Samsung Galaxy S7.

It is intended to be printed in two flexible materials. For the holder a semi flexible stuff is great. I used Taulman 230, witch is still a bit on the hard side. The sleeve needs a highly flexible material. I used TPU rated as shore 90-94A.

Both parts are connected with beading (or "welt". German is "Keder", but there is no corresponding english article on wikipedia). So you have to push the lip of the sleve into groove in the holder. The lip is pulled through the grove. Both parts are pulled past each other.

The parts are quit hard to print. The sleeve is to be printed upright. I added some "support" to the model, witch is to be cut of with sharp scissors later. No extra support is needed. The model consists of three shapes. Two of them are only for support. They can be deleted in most slicers if you manage to print without. The actual holder needs support from the slicer.
