A simple saddle washer design for securing a screw against a pipe or other curved surface. The STL is for a pipe with diameter of 2.4cm and a screw hole of 0.8cm.
The blend file is included for easy customization to your particular circumstance. Remember to allow space around the screw as the washer should not be a tight fit on the screw in order to work properly.
When exporting to STL export only the 'washer' object at 10x scale. Print with flat side on the build plate. I recommend 100% infill for strength.
