Safe razor blade print bed scraper

Yet another bed scraper.

This one is safe :
- for your fingers : protected by a ring when in use, by a cover when stored
- for your printer bed : best angle of the blade allways maintained

This has been tested only on glass bed (Sidewinder X1)

Print the objects oriented as provided in the STL files to guarantee keep the slits open when printing.
