Safety Lock - Improved Base and Cap

This is an alternate version of the base and upper cap for xkiki's very cool safety lock. These parts are compatible with the frame and limiter from xkiki.

The original was hard to assemble; the parts broke easily. The base had a hollow cylinder, and the top had a thinner cylinder that was supposed to go inside the base cylinder. The thinner cylinder often snapped off.

This version uses a single solid cylinder on the base, that pops inside the top cap, which is a lot more sturdy. On my printer the parts pop together and don't come off easily. If the parts don't stick together strongly enough, use a drop of glue.

No supports needed.

Let me know if you can't assemble the parts; I can add a version of the top cap with looser tolerances.
