Saitek Throttle Lever replacement

I looked high and low for a replacement throttle lever for my Saitek / Logitech throttle Quadrand and could only find one. However, it failed to work correctly as things did not line up correctly.
So I set out to build one that was a direct replacement for the original.
This model is the 15th iteration of the design in order to get it as close to the original as possible. I wasted a LOT of PLA printing these and test fitting them. It took several tries just to get the pin that operates the Potentiometer exactly correct.
