Salt and Pepper Grinders

This is the design for 3D printed set of Salt and Pepper Grinders, put together for the Countertop Challenge. I believe these grinders are at the very least yet another reason why people should one day expect to see a 3D printer in every home.

The grinding mechanisms presented are the result of hours of research into different styles and methods of grinding salt and pepper out there to determine the most ideal method to work with printable materials. Combined with a stylish body and ergonomic handle, these grinders are sure to be an awesome addition to any home countertop.
