Samurai Sword Holder

Summary I was able to get my hands on Samurai Sword and wanted a way to display it. However, I did not find a design which suited my needs. I have designed two version of my samurai sword holder using Inventor; Open top: Just as its name implies, this design allows you to simple insert the sword from the top. Closed top: This design allows you to "lock" the sword in place. I don't want anyone, for whatever purpose, to pick up the sword and do whatever they want with it. Thus, with this design, you insert your sword from the side. I printed my design twice using a .3mm layer height with a 20% infill. In the future I do plan on sanding it down but I expect .2mm layer height would look even better. I had planned to use the closed top on the sword handle and the open top for the sword sleeve but I did not take into account the the end of the sword had thicker parts. Thus I am using them in reverse. The inner section has a 11 degree angle because my sword has a curve to it. Thus, I do not k
