When adjusting the heal strap of my new sandals I found it left a long end that flapped around.So I designed this retainer to tidy things up.When fitting I found that putting a strip of paper between the two parts of the Velcro helped being able to adjust the strap, once in the correct position and through the retainer just slide the paper out for the Velcro to stick.
