Sanding Block 47mm

Sanding block with a width of 47 mm. We use sanding paper rolls of 95 mm, cut them in half and trim to 245 mm, the upper part should then tension the sandpaper.
Self-designed in Onshape, easy to print, without screws, simple to use for students, and stable.

Thread with M20 / Nut21 mm and a pitch of 3 --> easy print and makes clamping faster.
Filament material: PLA (+)

Schleifklotz mit einer Breite von 47 mm. Wir verwenden Schleifpapierrollen mit 95 mm Breite, schneiden sie in der Hälfte und kürzen sie auf 245 mm.
Der obere Teil spannt dann dank der doppelten Klemmung das Schleifpapier perfekt ein.
Selbst entworfen in Onshape, einfach zu drucken, ohne Metallschrauben, einfach für Schüler zu verwenden und stabil.

Gewinde mit M20 / Mutter 21 mm und einer Steigung von 3 --> einfacher Druck und beschleunigt das Spannen.
