Sanding Block for discsA three part sanding block for Ø125mm sanding disc.You will need to print the screw, the handle and one of the block file. There are two types of block:Curved: The diameter in the block file or plate title refers to the diameter of the curve you will be sanding. The smallest at the moment is Ø100mm and goes to Ø200 mmm in increment of 25mmFlatAll blocks have a sanding surface of 80mm wideTo install your sanding disc:Place the disc on a plane surface.Loosely assembled, the three printed parts.Place that assembly on top of the disc.Lift up and slide the parts of the disc that protrude from the assembly between the block and the handleTighten the screw to secure the disc in placeI printed my prototype with supports and they should unscrew easily once loosen. Some printing time can be saved by tweaking support settings like angle, or removing support in "object" for the block part.
