Sanding block

Hello! I would like you to present you my version of a manual sander. I have recently painted a wall and i was missing this tool, so i decided to design my own one. Below you can find a detailed assembly guide, so you can follow along if you decide to print it. The only thing that you need to buy for this design are 4 stainless stell hex drive flat head screws (M8 x 1mm thread size) 16mm long and obviously the sandpaper.It is also important to note that for this design a rectangular sandpaper is used with length of 30 cm and width of 11,5 cm. It is pretty easy to assemble, i would say the only difficult part about this assembly is to tighten the sanding paper so its nice and flat. It is crucial that you place the screw in before assembling the handle, otherwise you wont be able to get the screw in. I recommend doing nice long strokes in 1 direction when using it, this way it seems the best. I have used basic PLA for all the parts. Hopefully you get some work done with my product! Enjoy
