Sapphire PLUS E3D Volcano Hotend Mount

E3D Volcano Hotend support for Two Trees Sapphire - New Version .
This version is designed for original version but it can be used also for non original .

The hotend support is designed to fit perfectly inside the metalic mount of the printer.
Because is bigger with 10mm than V6 version you will need to lower the Z sensor in the upper slots. Because of that you will lose 15mm of the printing area only on the Z axis !

I have still use the metalic plate "U" Shape because of it's regidity !
After you print the parts it is possible to need to make small adjustment to fit inside of the printed parts the E3D hotend, you have also all the Solidworks parts if need to make some modification of the design .

Is it very easy to print and require only 4 parts, please check also the photo in the presentation to see what surface to use for the building plate !
You can print from PLA, PETG or ABS, mine is made from CarbonFill and PETG for the fan support .
