this is a new and definitve version of a SARS COV 2 3d model based on the pentakis dodecahedron, each vertex has a 3mm hole to accomodate 3mm Nails 20mm long.
the pentakis dodecahedron ensure the best model for almost equidistant holes.
The holes are a perfect fit, you may need to work a bit with a drill, depends on your print. Nails are then glued in.
