Saturn SC2 Wheel Nut Cap

This is the basically the same as my Aveo wheel nut cover/cap.

Per request from a fellow maker, I added 3mm to the threads to accommodate the Saturn SC2.

I've included files with 1.5mm and 2mm pitch. Both have a 19mm nut end.
