Scale Calculator

So here is a little spreadsheet I have made up to convert one scale to another for your printer. As well as some of the more common scales I've allowed your own to be entered. simply enter the scale of the model stl file and the scale you want to print it and in the 3rd column the percentage you need to scale it by should appear .

For example you find a figure on Thingiverse in 28mm and you want to make it in 1/35 scale. 28mm is generally 1/56 so enter 56 in the first column and 35 in the second and in the third the percentage you need to multiply the model should show.

I hope this helps peoples productivity and opens some horizons, your no longer limited to the design scale but beware detail can be lost or be too fine to print. have fun.
