Grow more scallions from store-bought ones! This cover sits on a plastic bowl (in this case a cottage cheese container) and will keep the scallion roots in water. Easy to drain and change water. Put it on a windowsill and watch the scallions grow! I get 6-7 more generations from one set of original roots.
