Is not Testet "Grad only in cad finished 98%" A few things still come.
Tooth from Printet gt2 wheel is 128 ,Would be a translation by a 16 tooth pulley 8:1.
With additional reinforcements,At the arm and at the Z axe.
The arms Hole spacing is 150mm and 160mm
all Bearing 688 ZZ / 8x16x5 mm
Lm8uu long 45mm
Holder for Alu groove profile 20x20 with 5mm Nut
I use my Printer with standard pulley settings in the firmware.
Make everything holes always a bit bigger
8mm holes are 8.1mm
15mmholes = 15.25mm
If someone else still a fault discovered simply scream ;)

Update 13.07 Printing to 70% finisch ;) ,tonight the rest should be finished.
I have never printed such a big one :).
Have the arm first put together to looks cool.

In the front arm I have see 2 problems.
Transferring toothed belt pulley as the belt is clamped.
I've glued a toothbrush. I'll see
