Scare birds

I have some cherry trees in my yard and last year I had to improvise something to scare the birds, This is a more stylish version of that design, made out from a bunch of plastic bags (vivid colored ones), some electrical tubing (20mm in diameter) and a couple of elements that you'll have to print: a central piece and some pipe clips to hold the plastic "feathers" in place.
The entire thing then gets mounted in the top of a pole. The central piece has a hole at the bottom, which can be used as central pivot.
The bags should get shredded on the lose ends with a scissor and then attached to the tube with the clips. The more colored the better.
