Outer U-Joint/Axle for slider version of 2000-Series vehicles (Cougar 2000, Storm 2000, CAT 2000). This is part of the U-joint assembly 1511Y.

This is still a bit of a work in progress. The dimensions seem pretty good with this latest version - the axle area still needs some refinement. The main challenge with this design is that the axles require the outer ring to be compressed/flexed in order to slip into the holes. Maximum torsional strength of the part would be to print it lying flat, which puts shear loads on the layers. If you over compress the head, the layers will separate.
