This fender fits a Razor E300 scooter (w/ 9 inch tires).
Winter rain is coming and all the electrical is in front, on the bottom of the scooter. There's no weather protection. Even the manufacturer instructs: "Do not operate this scooter in wet weather." So a fender is called for.
The original plan was a long all-plastic fender. A bike person told me if I go over a curb, I'll likely hit the end and break the fender. So I cut a couple inches off the tail and added a flexible, rubber mud-guard. Sometimes they use leather, or just a piece of soft plastic from a milk carton. Anything will do... Attach it however is appropriate.
The whole fender STL is included. It might fit on a 8x8" bed. I had to chop it in half to fit my 5.5" print bed. Those half-files STLs are included.
The scooter has no provisions to add fenders. There's not a lot of room to drill and tap holes. I didn't even have any suitable metal to make stays. So I figured why not just print the fender-stays.
