A Scope Cover for the Scope of my Horizone Scorpion Crossbow.
The Coverbase has 41mm inside diameter and a little flexible springlike mechanism (see picture) to hold the Lid open and close.
You'll need two M3x20 bolts and two M3 Nylocks.
Print the Lid with 100% Infill and Concentric Bottom / Top-Layers looks best for me.
Print the Base with minimum 25% Infill and 0.2mm Layerheight.
If you need another inner diameter just scale both objects in your slicer.
Calculate: (Outer Diameter of your Scope End) / 41 = Scale Factor
Example: You need a 47mm ID calc: 47/41=1.1463
Scale by 1.1463 (or * 100 for %) = 114.63 %
(If you scale a lot, you may need bigger Screws and Nuts !)
You should measure your scope on different points. Most cheap Scopes are not 100% circular. Create your scopecover around .25-.5 mm bigger because PLA shrinks during cooling.
