scope ring reducer, 30mm to 1"

I didn't see any of these up here, so I whipped one up. I haven't tested it yet but should be interesting either way.

Update: they turned out ok, but my millett rings were too long front to back, so I made a modified set for rings that are 3/4" front to back. the original pair are 5/8" front to back. the 3/4" set are labeled long in files.
