This is a recreation of the Scotty portable clamp mount. I recommend using an M6 insert like this one:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NBMGJP7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I may redesign this to just use an M6 nut that is placed inside of the cylinder during the print.

I would also use 6-8 perimeters instead of increasing the infill %. Additionally, you will want to use a modifier where the insert is to be placed to increase the infill % to 100%. The print will take about 24 hours to complete.

Edit: I am printing a topology optimized design of the clamp. Assuming it performs similarly to the original model I will post that as well.

Edit: Uploaded the topology optimized design, even with supports it is about a 30% reduction in material and is just as strong. Added compression plate, handle options, and PDF with images of completed prints.
