This model represents a Screen Changer used in plastic recycling and pelletizing machines. It is designed to hold and support filtration meshes that capture contaminants from molten plastic during extrusion. The design includes a breaker plate and interchangeable filter mesh setup, allowing for efficient cleaning and maintenance. The model was created as part of a plastic recycling machine development project to enhance the quality of recycled plastic pellets. Modeled using SolidWorks and optimized for manufacturability.
