Screen Support for Asus Zenscreen MB165B

This is a remix of the Asus Zenscreen MB16ACE from Kobol_999. All credit is to him.

Ours is an Asus Zenscreen model MB165B, which is smaller and thicker than the MB16ACE.

The elements of the screen holder have been transformed as follows:

- FOOT_A: This can be printed as is or either reduced or enlarged, depending on your laptop screen height. In our case, it was reduced by 6 cm. You can scale it accordingly from your favorite slicer.

- FOOT_B: In order to get a wider base this element has been modified as New_FOOT_B.

- SCREEN_HOOK_A: It has been transformed to accomodate the lower height and more thickness (12.5 mm) of the Asus Zenscreen MB165B.

- SCREEN_HOOK_Bv2: It has been transformed to accomodate the lower height and more thickness (12.5 mm) of the Asus Zenscreen MB165B.

- New linker: This is a new linker just to put together the new Screen Hooks.
