Screw cup

The front center overhead panel (with the glasses compartment and interior lighting) in my Kia Cee'd 2008 was loose and I found out that the screws holding it at the rear end had been tightened too much and thus broken the plastic in the bottom of the screw countersink.
I then designed a cup with a flange to replace the broken plastic and to hold up the panel. This cup doesn't need any glue to work.
It can work for other applications too, see dimension in the attached drawing.
