Here is a replacement cap for your screwdriver, in the case it has broken like mine. Now I have to find all the bits. The Cap Thread is 3/4" x 20 UNEF (19mm x 1.217mm pitch)
I found a UNEF = Unified National Extra Fine [thread chart here](http://www.ring-plug-thread-gages.com/PDChart/UNEF-thread-data.html) for reference.

Designed with Inventor 2018 and the coolOrange Thread Modeler. CAD files included if you care to dabble.

I printed the cap oriented with the "threads up" with no support, and using extra fine 0.06mm resolution.

Revision: Added additional cap with a slightly shorter threaded section.
