Screw for Ender 3 V2 frame without thread

I really liked the Cable Guide by Woodcat64 but my frame of my Ender 3 V2 does not have a thread so I could not use a normal M5 bolt to secure it. Also the other remixes with the "crosses" did not hold the thing in place.

So I designed I screw using OpenSCAD based on this design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:193647 that exactly fits the holes of the 4040 frame of the Ender 3 V2.
