My screw threads were too tight, leading me to endless tutorials about how to use push/pull offsets in Fusion to modify every thread to give a bit more space. Incredibly frustrating and time-consuming... until I found a better way sitting in the Bambu Studio slicer itself.Using the X-Y hole and contour compensation (under Precision on the Quality tab of the Advanced settings) you can set automatic adjustments to increase the size of every hole or contour (closed external surfaces). But how much do you adjust it by? Here's my test print to answer that question. A series of 10mm bolts and nuts (20mm heads/external diameters), each with a different clearance. The parts are numbered on the faces, with the clearances in the names of the bodies in Bambu Studio, and on the end of the bolt.1: +/- 0 = No extra clearance (over what is automatically created by Fusion for M10 threads)2: +/- 0.1 XY hole / contour = 0.2 additional clearance3: +/- 0.2 XY hole / contour = 0.4 additional clearance4:
