Do you hate trying to keep a drill centered on straight slot screws? Have you ever slipped off the screw while using a drill and scratched a switch plate cover? Me too! I designed this bushing to make it easier to remove switchcover faceplate screws, but it can be used on any similarly domed straight slot screws. This was designed around a McMaster-Carr 3/16" slotted bit (item 5944A34), but it works with similarly-sized other brands as well. The clearances are tight enough that if you press it in, it should stay affixed. If you have some minor clearance issues and print this out of PLA, try heating the bit up in hot water and pressing it in. Printed out of Bambu PLA at 0.08 layer height with a 0.4 nozzle. ASA might be ideal if this will ever end up in a toolbox outside or in a vehicle. PETG isn't ideal for such a short layer height, so I wouldn't recommend it.
