I was really annoyed with the tiny handles some of these cheap screwdrivers come with, so I decided to make new, proper ones.
This is intended to be modified by you in Fusion 360 (it's free) to your required dimensions. However, I provided files for 2, 3, 4 and 5 mm shafts.

I added a modifier block in PrusaSlicer, in the lower part of the print where the shaft sits, to bump up the shell thickness significantly. I recommened you either do that or print everything with high shell thickness.

To assemble, heat the end of the shaft with a lighter for a good number of seconds and quickly press it in. Mine didn't come out perfectly straight but they are firmly attached and very screwy.
Depending on your printer you might want to experiment with slightly under- or oversized shaft holes.
Don't screw this up :)
