Screwdriver Pen

Created this for myself but sharing as normal.

It is a pen shell that looks like a screwdriver and accepts a commonly found pen insert (See pic). 2 Stem Variants so far:

Insert from :BIC Round Stic pen" - "Use: Screwdriver Pen-Stem(TypeBic Round Stic).stl"
Some promotional hotel pens (Marriott Chase Bank etc) - Use: "Screwdriver Pen-Stem(TypeA).stl"

Difference between the two is that these promotional ones have slightly skinner diameter

If I come across other variants, I will adjust the stem for those too but the above two should cover most pens with tips of this style.
