Scuba Line Cutter

Summary UPDATE: Modified body and cap angle to engage sooner. Remix of very handy line cutter by luboshocc. Rather than a split body, converted to a unibody with a blade cover. My first "remix" was just combining the two halves in the slicer into a solid body and installing the blade at the halfway point in the print. Solid and works well but it is wasteful as you cannot replace the blade. If it rusts, it's in the garbage. Filleted some of the sharp edges but essentially left the overall shape and design intact.
